Tempered glass
Tempered glass is a type of high—quality safety glass that is obtained as a result of thermal or chemical treatment of ordinary glass to increase its strength and heat resistance.

Specifications:
- Minimum size: 80 x 250 mm.
- Maximum size: 800 x 2400 mm.
- Glass thickness: from 3 to 10 mm.
Only environmentally friendly glass and raw materials compliant with European safety standards are used.
Advantages of our products
- Increased Strength
Tempered glass is 4-5 times stronger than regular glass due to the creation of internal stresses.
- Safety
When broken, it shatters into small pieces with blunt edges, reducing the risk of injury.
- Heat Resistance
Withstands large temperature fluctuations, making it ideal for use in environments with sharp climate changes.
- Impact Resistance
Due to its strength, tempered glass better resists impacts and wind exposure.
- Innovative Equipment
The presence of modern equipment allows us to fulfill orders with high precision.
- Unique Capabilities
We offer manufacturing of shelves with custom parameters, including grooves for ease of use.
Our Production Capacity
Our production facilities enable us to manufacture up to 1,000,000 m² of tempered glass per year, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders of any volume.
The production of tempered glass uses a technology of heating followed by rapid cooling of the sheet material.
The glass is processed in special ovens, where the blanks placed in the heating chamber are continuously moved to ensure even heating to the set temperature. After heating, the material is transferred to the cooling chamber.

Applications of tempered glass:
- Appliances and household devices: Oven doors, microwave oven front panels, and refrigerator glass shelves.
- Public spaces: Glazing of sports arenas, shopping centers, and public transport stops.
- Construction: Building facades, doors, windows, partitions, canopies, and balconies.
- Automotive industry: Windshields and side windows of vehicles.
- Furniture: Tabletops, shelves, shower enclosures, and other interior elements.
- Industrial equipment: Protective panels for machines, inspection windows in production units, heat-resistant screens for furnaces.
- Healthcare: Glass doors and partitions in medical facilities, sterile surfaces for laboratories and operating rooms.
- Agriculture: Greenhouse glazing.
- Advertising and design: Storefronts, advertising stands, interactive displays.
