Today, STEKLOGRAD Pro LLC is a modern technological enterprise that has an extensive and modern equipped production base. We offer high-precision injection molding of plastics from 90 to 800 tons from any polymer materials and any structural complexity.
Our production facilities allow us to produce up to 1,000,000 m2 of tempered glass per year, which guarantees the fulfillment of orders of any volume on time.
STEKLOGRAD Pro LLC produces a wide range of products, including:
- shelf-glass in solid plastic frames and without frames for household refrigerators;
Minimum size: 80 x 250 mm;
Maximum size: 800 x 2400 mm;
Glass thickness: from 3 to 10 mm; - plastic fittings for household appliances and plastic parts for ventilation systems, with a weight of parts from 2 g. to 3300 g. made of any polymer materials and any structural complexity;
- the top of the washing machine;
- tempered glass with glass thickness: from 3 to 10 mm, minimum size: 80 x 250 mm, maximum size: 800 x 2400 mm.
The company's production area is 1.92 hectares and includes:
- a workshop for the production of plastic products with an area of 1400 m2 with a modern fleet of injection molding machines;
- industrial glass processing workshop with an area of 3,700 m2 with maximum robotics;
- warehouse of finished products with an area of 850 m².
The services provided include:
- production of plastic products for mass order both on existing customer's toll-free molds and on new ones;
- cutting glass with glass thickness from 3 to 19 mm and the ability to process large-sized sheets according to customer specifications;
- glass hardening with glass thickness from 3 to 10 mm, minimum size: 80 x 250 mm, maximum size: 800 x 2400 mm;
- processing of glass with glass thickness from 3 mm to 4 mm, minimum size: from 140 x 250 mm, maximum size: up to 1000 x 2200 mm;
- logistics: delivery by own transport.
